**Farm Inventory – Privacy Policy**

**Information we collect**  

- Account information: Google account email (used for sign‑in and to enable Firebase backup).  

- App data: inventory items, stock receipts, history – stored locally on the device. If you enable cloud backup, this data is also stored in your own Firebase Firestore project.  

- Usage data: The app does not currently collect any analytics or usage data.

**How we use your data**  

Your data is used solely to provide the app’s inventory‑tracking features and, when you opt‑in, to sync your data across devices via your Firebase project. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third parties.

**Data storage & security**  

- All data is stored on your device.  

- If you enable cloud backup, data is stored in your Firebase project (you retain full control of that project).  

- Data transmitted between your device and Firebase is encrypted using HTTPS.

**Your choices**  

- You can disable cloud backup at any time in the app’s settings.  

- You can delete all locally stored data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

**Changes to this policy**  

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we do, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
