**Farm Inventory – Privacy Policy**

**Information we collect**  

- Account information: Google account email (used for sign‑in and to enable Firebase backup).  

- App data: inventory items, stock receipts, history – stored locally on the device. If you enable cloud backup, this data is also stored in your own Firebase Firestore project.  

- Usage data: The app does not currently collect any analytics or usage data.

**How we use your data**  

Your data is used solely to provide the app’s inventory‑tracking features and, when you opt‑in, to sync your data across devices via your Firebase project. We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third parties.

**Data storage & security**  

- All data is stored on your device.  

- If you enable cloud backup, data is stored in your Firebase project (you retain full control of that project).  

- Data transmitted between your device and Firebase is encrypted using HTTPS.

**Your choices**  

- You can disable cloud backup at any time in the app’s settings.  

- You can delete all locally stored data by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

**Changes to this policy**  

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If we do, the revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date.

This Privacy Policy describes how Goblin Hunter Tycoon ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you play our mobile application.

- **Player Name & Profile:** When you play the Game, you may choose a player name or have one assigned. If you sign in using Google Play Games, we receive your public profile information (such as your display name and avatar).

- **Game Progress:** We collect and store data related to your gameplay, including gold, gems, wave progress, gear, quests, and guild membership.

- **Social Interactions:** If you join or create a Guild, your player name and game statistics (such as power and wave progress) are shared with other guild members.



B. Information Collected Automatically

- **Device Identifiers:** We may collect information about your mobile device, such as your IP address, device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID).

- **Usage Data:** We collect information about how you interact with the Game, including time spent playing, features used, and ad interactions.



2. Third-Party Services

We use several third-party services to provide and improve the Game. These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies:



- **Google Play Games Services:** Used for user authentication and cloud saving.

- **Google Firebase:** We use Firebase Authentication to manage user accounts and Firebase Firestore to sync game progress across devices.

- **Google AdMob:** We use AdMob to display rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized ads.

3. How We Use Your Information

5. Data Retention

We retain your game progress and profile data as long as your account is active. If you wish to delete your data, please contact us (see below).



6. Children's Privacy

Goblin Hunter Tycoon is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.



7. Your Rights and Choices

- **Ad Tracking:** You can opt-out of personalized advertising through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

- **Account Deletion:** You can request the deletion of your Firebase account and associated game data by contacting us.
